Mr. Sudhir came to us with serious kidney issues caused by long-term high blood pressure. His condition had progressed to the point where both kidneys had shrunk significantly, and his creatinine levels were dangerously high. At the time of his first visit, Mr. Sudhir’s creatinine level was recorded at 6.0 mg/dL. Due to uncontrolled hypertension, his kidneys had shrunk—one measured only 7 cm and the other 7.5 cm. Functionality had dropped to just 30% in one kidney and 25% in the other. This loss of function led to a buildup of toxins in the blood, reflected in the spike in creatinine. Unfortunately, once kidney tissue shrinks or becomes non-functional, it cannot be regenerated.

After one month of treatment, Mr. Sudhir’s creatinine level has significantly improved, dropping to 3.51 mg/dL. His overall condition is now more stable, and he reports feeling better. While the dead parts of the kidney cannot recover, proper treatment and lifestyle adjustments—especially controlling blood pressure—are helping him manage the condition more effectively and prevent further damage.
