The J Rockett .45 is my favourite Marshall in a box pedal. It's not really high gain, so not perfect for the Hollow Crown stuff, but for blues based hard rock, I absolutely love it. The real winner for me is the way that the .45 takes pedals in front of it. Boost it with a Klon or TS type pedal and it screams (see my JRAD Blue Note demo for an example of this), a phaser or a wah, its like plugging into a beautiful old cranked JTM.

Add on top that this is of the finest build quality, its a brick, and a perfect size for any gigging musos pedal board, and its an absolute winner.
