Jennifer Britton is the founder of Potentials Realized, an award-winning coaching, training and consulting company. Well-known for her thought leadership in the areas of group and team coaching, Jennifer is passionate about exploring how the coaching conversation can be scaled to involve more people globally.
Jennifer supports clients, teams and organizations building onto her former leadership with global projects with the UN, and Canadian and British humanitarian organizations.
Jennifer is the author of several books exploring coaching and the evolution of work and teams, ( including her first, Effective Group Coaching (2009), From One to Many: Best Practices for Team and Group Coaching (2013), and her latest series, Reconnecting Workspaces: Pathways to Thrive in the Virtual, Remote and Hybrid World (2021).
Jennifer’s first TEDx talk is entitled “Virtual, Remote and Hybrid Checklist” and focused on the core ingredients for successful virtual, remote and hybrid work.
