Accurate and reliable navigation data is an essential component for creating any map. Creating a navigation system that maintains accuracy in any environment is therefore a hugely valuable tool for simplifying workflows for cost and efficiency savings.

Open skies, urban canyons, extended tree canopies and indoor environments pose vastly different navigation challenges that are best suited to different sensors.

This presentation will focus on how OxTS is leveraging the strengths of external sensors (e.g. LiDAR/camera/GPR) inside its Generic Aiding framework, alongside its core inertial technology, to provide a cost-effective Sensor Fusion navigation solution that can be applied in mapping and autonomous situations.
