In today’s video I’ll give you guys a FULL Ball Handling workout to help you develop your handles. This quick workout can be done in 20 minutes and it contains my favorite dribbling drills. Our three focuses are on developing ball control, the ability to change speeds and directions, and the ability to use quick dribble moves like crossovers in order to beat the defense.
