One of the aspects that I find most endearing about many of the small places that I visit while filming Gourmet On The Road is the absolute honesty and integrity with which these family run establishments conduct business. In this behind the scenes vlog, I met one such restaurateur at his 60-year old eatery in Kota, South Canara. I also travel to Murudeshwara to get my first taste of Uttara Kannada fare in the temple town of Murudeshwar, and also deal with unexpected developments on the road.
