A1. A utility token will be issued for them to take advantage of with some benefits.

Q2. Where will STO be listed.
A2. It was suggested to be first listed on DEXs

Q3. What is the starting price of STO when it goes public?
A3. ALOT could happen between now and when it's listed on DEXs with the portfolio. Most notably Congo and Zambia Gold mines could again be added to the green pile of assets since they are temporarily paused and won't be added to the new platform until green. (Thanks Aidan for this comment

Q4. When will the first dividends be paid?
A4. When the company starts to provide profit enough to cover all expenses including taxes and then have profit to also pay dividends

The life blood of our Global Portfolio lies in crowd investing. Whether it's Evoscent, or FNT or Dragon Man or any future project the only way we can get "sizeable" dividends comes in the way of more available resources to invest, develop and secure further assets.

Relying only on GUP and Evoscent to grow to a trillion in value is a bit of a pipedream.

Q5. Will there be any frozen period for STO token?
A5. According to regulations. US country may have to wait 12 months. Other countries may not have any frozen period at all.

Q6. Can big investors buy security tokens?
A6. Yes of course they can!!

Q7. Why are these changes necessary?
A7. The world is changing. Regulations are changing and we have to adopt the changes as things change on blockchain, STO etc etc. We must adopt to the changes in order to help make us successful. We will be constantly changing to keep up with demand and all the changes that are going on around the world.
