भोगीची भाजी आणि बाजरीची भाकरी करण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
भोगीची भाजी
• १ मोठा चमचा धने
• १ मोठा चमचा जिरं
• ४~५ लवंगा
• ४~५ काळी मिरी
• १ छोटा दालचिनीचा तुकडा
• १ हिरवी वेलची
• १/२ कप / ६० ग्रॅम शेंगदाणे
• १/४ कप / ५० ग्रॅम किसलेलं सुकं खोबरं
• १ मोठा चमचा पांढरे तीळ
• १~२ मोठे चमचे तेल
• किसलेलं आलं
• १ चिरलेला टोमॅटो
• १ १/२ चमचा लाल तिखट
• १ चमचा गोडा मसाला
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• जरुरीनुसार गरम पाणी
• चवीनुसार गूळ (ऐच्छिक)
• १/४ कप पावटा आणि हरभरा
• १/४ कप वालपापडी
• ७~८ बोरं
• चिरलेलं गाजर
• १ सोलून चिरलेला बटाटा
• २~३ छोटी वांगी
बाजरीची भाकरी
• १ कप बाजरीचं पीठ
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• जरुरीनुसार पाणी
• पांढरे तीळ

Ingredients:
Bhogichi Bhaji
• 1 tbsp Coriander seeds
• 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
• 4~5 Cloves
• 4~5 black Peppercorns
• 1 small Cinnamon stick
• 1 green Cardamom
• 1/2 cup / 60 gm Peanuts
• 1/4 cup / 50 gm grated dry Coconut
• 1 tbsp white Sesame seeds
• 1~2 tbsp Oil
• Grated Ginger
• 1 chopped Tomato
• 1 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
• 1 tsp Goda masala
• Salt to taste
• Hot Water as needed
• Jaggery to taste (Optional)
• 1/4 cup Pavta and Harbhara
• 1/4 cup Wal papdi
• 7~8 Bor
• Chopped Carrot
• 1 peeled and chopped Potato
• 2~3 small Brinjals
Bajrichi Bhakri
• 1 cup Bajra flour
• Salt to taste
• Water as needed
• White Sesame seeds

Method:
Bhogichi Bhaji
• Dry roast coriander seeds, cumin seeds, cloves, black peppercorns, cinnamon and cardamom well
together on medium heat until they begin to release nice aroma.
• Transfer the mixture into a dish.
• In the same pan dry roast peanuts really good.
• When the peanuts are almost roasted, add dry coconut and sesame seeds and roast it well
together.
• Turn the gas off and let the mixture cool down.
• Transfer the roasted whole spiced into a blender jar and blend it into fine powder.
• Add roasted peanuts, coconut and sesame seeds and blend it into fine powder. Masala for bhaji is
ready.
• Heat up oil in a cooker and add ginger and tomato.
• Fry it for about 3-4 minutes and add the blended masala.
• Mix well and add red chili powder, goda masala and salt and fry well together until oil is released
from it.
• You can use any other masala that you use regularly at home in place of goda masala.
• Add hot water and mix well.
• Add jaggery and mix well.
• Adding jaggery is optional. You can skip it if you don’t want.
• Add pavta, harbhara, wal papdi, bor, carrot and brinjal and mix everything well together.
• Add hot water and mix well.
• Close the lid and cook the bhaji on medium heat until 2 whistles.
• Open the lid and mix well once. Bhogochi bhaji is ready.
Bajrichi Bhakri
• Mix bajra flour and salt well together and add a little water at a time to knead semi soft dough.
• Knead the dough well with the base of the palm for at least a minute.
• Take small portion and make it smooth and even.
• Pat it into a small disc with palms.
• Sprinkle dry bajra flour on rolling board and place the disc on it.
• Pat it into thin bhakri and make the edges smooth and even.
• Sprinkle sesame seeds and pat it again.
• Heat up a skillet on high heat and transfer the bhakri on it.
• Spread water on upper side.
• Loosen the edges and flip the bhakri over immediately.
• Roast the lower side really good and flip the bhakri over.
• When the other side is also roasted well, take the bhakri off on a wire rack. Bajrichi bhakri is ready.
