Brinjal - 14 (250 grams)
For Masala:
Roasted Peanuts powder - 1/2 Cup
Sesame seeds - 1 Spoon
Papdi Gathiya Crumbs - 1/4 Cup
Dhana Jeera Powder - 1.5 Spoons
Red Chilly Powder - 2 Spoons
Turmeric - 1/4 Spoon
Sugar - 1 Spoon
Salt - 1/2 Spoon
Garam Masala - 1/4 Spoon
1 Green Chilly
1 inch Ginger
5 cloves garlic
Lemon Juice - 1.5 Spoons
Oil - 1 Spoon
Coriander - 2 Spoons
(You can store this masala for 15 days,
but do not add garlic and coriander)
FOR VAGHAR:
Oil - 3 Tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1/4 Spoon
Jeera - 1/4 Spoon
Sesame seeds - 1 Spoon
Hing - 2 Pinch
Chopped Tomato - 1
Masala - 1 Big Spoon
Water - 3/4 Glass
FOR ROTLO:
Bajra Flour - 2 Cups
Salt - 1/2 Spoon
Ghee - 1 Spoon
Water - 3/4 Glass (150 ml)
