Okay so it's been a VERY long time since I've uploaded anything, but I think we can all agree that 2020 has been challenging for literally everyone on the planet. This year I decided to be more open about my lifelong struggle with depression (the real reason why I don't upload for extended periods of time) and in this video I give you all a life update on how my time in isolation went while living alone. I also share some healthy lifestyle changes I made along the way that helped me cope with my depression in lockdown, all while following Brad Mondo's tutorial for cutting your own hair at home!



The good news is that with the lifestyle changes I mentioned in this video, therapy, and medication, I'm beginning to feel a lot better these days.
