If you are stuck with a problem and feel unable to move on, you are actually walking around the problem.You need to do two hard things.
Firstly, try to put yourself together by stop thinking about it and look back intently at the root of the problem. It's hard to do it but if you are able to, then you will see where the problem comes from.
Secondly, you need your courage to get over it. Many people run around problems like scapegoats and lie to everyone, even themselves, that the problems are fixed. Don't do it, be true to yourself and find suitable solutions to the problems with sustainability.

I cook for my son almost everyday so I have to be Creative. I worked as a creative for advertising company, it is a bit of challenge. Using mostly the same ingredients from the stock in my fridge, the ideas could be useful for others.
