Commander Shepard is in Tuchanka, looking to enlist the help of the Krogan. In order to accomplish that, he must first deliver the cure to the Genophage to the entire population of the planet by using "The Shroud", a facility used to stabilize the atmosphere of Tuchanka (and covertly deliver the original Genophage). There's only one problem: a Reaper Destroyer is guarding the place. Enter Kalros, the "mother of all Thresher Maws".
