Minds ARE blown & our hearts stolen as Francois Peron skyrockets to number one on our list of favourite places in Australia! Our day is filled with one awesome spot after the next as we explore with the Holliers from Campedia. We are so lucky to cross paths with a knowledgeable & hilarious Indigenous tour guide, Darren ‘Capes’ Capewell, who shares invaluable tips and even takes a refreshing swim (splash!) with us at Cape Peron. His tours, Wula Gura Nyinda are recognised as one of the Top 10 Indigenous Experiences in Australia!
It's not just the red sand and turqouise water we fell in love with - but the wildlife as well - massive tiger shark, whales, and turtles. We hope we've shared enough for you to get an idea of why we fell in love with Francois Peron and we encourage you to add it to you bucket list. Be aware that as it is a national park, no pets are allowed.

This is all part of our journey from Brisbane through Western Australia via New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia then back to QLD through the NT.
