Lightroom's option to add color is one of the most underutilized methods of using local adjustments. And it's perfect for those photos where the sunset or sunrise was decent, but not great.

Simply grab any type of mask you'd like, but I'd recommend luminance range to select the clouds. Refine the mask, then go in and select the color tool. You can use literally any color to enhance the image, which gives you more control compared to the Point Color or HSL Sliders.
