Ingredients

Milk - 250 ml (2 cups )
Orange juice (fresh) - 200 ml (1.5 cup) (squeezed and strained)
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Cornflour - 5 tbsp
Desiccated (sukha nariyal) - 1 tbsp
Butter (makhan) - 6 tbsp (unsalted)
Digestive Biscuits - 1 pack (150 gms)

Method

For Biscuit Mixture

Grind biscuits coarsely.
Add 1 tbsp dessicated coconut)sukha nariyal), and 6 tbsp melted butter (makhan).
Mix well.
Into a serving bowl, add biscuit mixture evenly and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

For Milk Mixture

Add milk 250 ml (2.5 cups), 1 tsp sugar (cheeni), 2.5 tbsp cornflour.
On medium flame mix continuously so that it is lumps free.
Stir continuously, starts to thicken.
Do not over cook the mixture, off the flame when desired consistency is reached.
Cool completely.
Add this milk mixture on biscuit mixture evenly and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

For Orange Mixture

Squeeze and strain 200 ml (1.5 cup) fresh orange juice.
Add 2 tsp sugar (cheeni), 2.5 cornflour.
Stir continuously on medium flame, till it starts to thicken.
Off the flame when desired consistency is reached.
Cool completely.
Add this mixture on top of milk mixture evenly.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes to get set.
Garnish with desiccated coconut (sukha nariyal) and serve chilled.
