Ingredients:
Soak 1 cup urid dhal overnight.

Drain and blend the urid dhal with 1 cup icy cold water.

*Follow this written recipe instead of what's stated inthe video.

Put in large bowl:
3 cups flour
3 tbsp rice flour
1 tsp yeast
1/2 tsp baking soda
Add the smooth blended urid hal.

Then add
1/4 tsp black pepper
2.5 tsp salt
onion
green chilli
curry leaves
(*not 2.5 as stated in video) 1.5 cups warm water (add more if needed *need to get the right consistency).

Let proof for 2 hours.

Fry vadai using the back of metal sieve.
