In order to find out if a unit in a coursebook needs any adaptation or modifications, we use the objectives and learning outcomes of the syllabus as our criteria. In this video, Prof. Dr. Aydan Ersöz analyzes a unit taken from a commonly used coursebook. She also mentions some important points that teachers need to take into consideration when analyzing a unit.
