In 2018, my dad and I spent a day at the Old Threshers Reunion. My family and I used to volunteer when I was younger. We start from the south station behind Surry Sussex & Southampton Railway #6 "Maria". After passing the engines he'd, we head north along the west side of the park grounds. Passing through the wigwag crossing, between the horse barns, and past the dancing shelter, the loop begins it's downhill run into the little valley in the northwest corner that's behind the old west village. As #6 barks up the grade, we pass the village and blacksmith shop before arriving at the North Station.

The North Station is the saved Hillsboro, IA depot that was brought in when the line was expanded to fully encircle the park. Also here, on the inside of the track loop, is an old Milwaukee Road signal/watch tower.

In the second half, we travel along the east border of the park passing the tractor driving course, main gate, and the steam driven saw mill before arriving back at the South Station.
