Because The World Needs Another Tube Screamer Video [Is Mick’s TS808 Still King?]

Описание к видео Because The World Needs Another Tube Screamer Video [Is Mick’s TS808 Still King?]

Origin Halcyon, Wampler Moxie, Kernom Ridge & Tone City Kaffir Lime take on Mick’s favourite 808…

Welcome to the show! Mick here, hello. Regular viewers will know that the not-so-humble Ibanez Tube Screamer is my favourite overdrive ever, erm, probably. And it’s a long-standing joke in the Pedalverse that the world really does not need any more TS-derived pedals. Nevertheless, companies keep releasing them, not least Wampler and Origin Effects with whom we’re chiefly concerned today. Chuck in the bonkers-value Tone City Kaffir Lime and the boundary-breaking Kernom Ridge and we’re ready to launch the Good Ship TPS onto the stormy Yet-Another-Tubescreamer-Video seas.
Setting our bearing for tone, we shall navigate using Mick’s Keeley modded TS808 and see if we can avoid a Dan-overboard situation, given that he really doesn’t like classic TS pedals… and bring this badly listing analogy to dry dock. What?!
Both amps are running all the time, just for the record.

Enjoy the show!
