To celebrate the launch of the Zizzi Zillionaires’ Club, we invited double Bafta award-winning Big Zuu, host of Big Zuu Big Eats, down to the Zizzi kitchen to cook up one of his favourite desserts, the Caramelised Banana & Salted Caramel Waffles.

Waffles topped with salted caramel sauce and fresh banana, then oven-baked. Topped with vanilla ice cream and honeycomb pieces. Delicious, if you ask us!
