Notes: I used a technique called butterfly tapping, that's why I can get really fast through the text box, saving at least 1 second.
Most of the timesaves come from better route (get rid of cooking 5 times to set up the manipulation), better movement and execution, etc.
This is my last Any% run, unless @suittyo beats me again, i'm not gonna run this category any time soon.
