As her E! show “The Royals,” about a fictional royal family, returns for Season 2, Elizabeth Hurley tells Matt Lauer that she suspects that England’s real royal family are all viewers. She reveals that amenities on the set tend to improve whenever co-star Joan Collins is around: “She really comes to the forefront in Season 2; she’s fab.” She also says that she’s accepted turning age 50 but that emotionally she’s more like her 14-year-old son Damian.
