This is a quick rough hatchet job trying to add snippets about Sulu's impending promotion back into the narrative of Star Treks II and III. There is probably a bit more I can do, possibly vocoding James B Sikking's voice for a better match, maybe a close up of Rand if I can find a suitable background. I borrowed some of JTVFX's STIII mash up with new digital effects as it was the first one I managed to download but it's an impressive piece of work!
