MAKE YOUR OWN SCHEZWAN CHUTNEY AT HOME ❤️

Ingredients:
Kashmiri or Byadi Red Chillies - 100gms
Water
Oil - 1/2 cup
Garlic - 1 cup
Green Chilli - 2 tbsp
Coriander Stem - 2 tbsp
Ginger - 2 tbsp or 4.5 inch
Vinegar - 3 tbsp
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup - 2 tbsp
MSG - 1 tsp
Soy Sauce - 1 tbsp
Pepper - 1 tsp


Recipe:
1. Deseed the red chillies. Take some hot boiling water and keep the red chillies in it for 20 mins OR boil the red chillies in some water on medium flame for 10 mins.

2. Grind the chillies with some water using a mixer/grinder.

3. Take a pan or wok, add oil, chopped garlic, green chillies, coriander stem and ginger. Saute on medium flame for 3-4 mins.

4. Add the red chilli puree and while stirring let it cook for 10-15 mins on medium-high flame till the colour darkens and oil separates.

5. Add vinegar, sugar, salt, tomato ketchup. Mix well and let it cook for 5 mins.

6. Add water if required and let it come to a boil.

7. Add MSG/Aromat powder, soy sauce and black pepper, mix well.

8. Transfer to a sterilised jar and you can easily store them for weeks.
