🍞 双色南瓜灯笼馒头
☘️ 南瓜面团
¼块南瓜 (去皮去籽前380克)
中筋面粉 180克
南瓜泥120克
速发酵母2~3克
奶粉 10克
白糖 10克
植物油 8克

☘️白面团
中筋面粉 180克
速发酵母2~3克
奶粉 10克
白糖 10克
植物油 8克
水100克

☘️** 冷水起锅 大火蒸12分钟,焖3-5分钟后开盖

Instant yeast 2-3g
Milk power 10g

Vegetable oil 8g

Water 100g

☘️** Steam over high heat for 12 mins, after removing from the heat, keep the lid on for 3-5 mins
