Prime Hall, a former U.S. Marine, is the founder of Underwater Torpedo League. The game started as a survival training tool -- and with the help of a few other Marines -- it’s now become an official sport that has created a bond and community between its team members. Players are tasked with putting the torpedo in the net…. at the very bottom of a pool. Only a few years old, the game is growing fast.
