After our previous tutorial video a lot of you have asked us to do more. So here it is!!!

In this video we are doing ball control. The practice that we are doing is called the rectangle, because you move to the left, foward, right, back just like the form of a rectangle. We are using two cones, a ball and a hockey stick.
