Ingredients:
For Kebab Mixture:
1/2 Kg Boneless Chicken (boiled and shredded)
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Crushed Red Chili
1 tsp Crushed Cumin
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
Salt (as per taste)
2 tbsp Tandoori Chicken Masala
2 tbsp Oil (for cooking)
4 Boiled Potatoes (mashed)
1 Medium Onion (chopped)
1/2 cup Fresh Coriander (chopped)
For Coating:
1 Egg (beaten)
Breadcrumbs (as required)
Instructions:
Prepare the Chicken Mixture:
Heat oil in a pan, add shredded chicken, red chili powder, crushed red chili, cumin, black pepper, tandoori masala, and salt.
Cook on medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
Make Kebab Dough:
In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes, cooked chicken, chopped onion, and coriander.
Combine until smooth.
Shape the Kebabs:
Take a small portion of the mixture and shape into kebabs.
Coat the Kebabs:
Dip each kebab into the beaten egg, then coat evenly with breadcrumbs.
Cook the Kebabs:
Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry on medium flame until golden brown on both sides.
Serve:
Enjoy with mint chutney or ketchup!
