Bodycam footage shows a Florida woman getting arrested for allegedly shoplifting from Walmart using a baby stroller on May 29. Madison Rowbotham was accompanied by her infant and a teenage girl while she allegedly stashed merchandise into the empty stroller. Security caught on quick and detained her until police arrived.
