The Austin Arrow: Where Vintage Style Meets Electric Innovation!

Adam Poulton reviews the new Austin Arrow which is based around the classic Austin 7 by the new Austin Motor company and this is vintage motoring at it's best, these incredible future classic cars are electric but capture the nostalgia of the Austin Seven from a by gone age, John Stubbs created his first prototype back in lockdown and wanted to create a retro vehicle with the same ethos handed down from Herbert Austin and Stanley Edge an affordable car that is fun to drive while giving the car an eco friendly status. John started by putting all his efforts into a full Austin 7 restoration this was an exercise in seeing how all the parts go together and how Stanley Edge kept costs down by making simple parts reusable. The new vehicles are described as big Scaletrix toys
