How to make a Brown Derby

Named after the popular LA restaurant from the mid-20th century. Both sweet and sour notes with a hefty slug of bourbon whiskey.

INGREDIENTS
45mL Bourbon Whiskey
30mL Fresh Grapefruit Juice
15mL Honey Syrup (3:1)

Note: Video states 1:1 honey syrup but more sugar content as per recipe above will make a better drink.

HOW TO
1. Add all the ingredients to your cocktail shaker
2. Shake & double strain into a chilled coupe glass
3. Garnish with a twist of grapefruit
