Magnetic Wood Sheath For A Kitchen Knife

In this video I show how to make a wood sheath for a kitchen knife. I recently made a kitchen knife and it's pretty big so it won't fit in my cutlery draw. This sheath is designed to hold the knife in the second drawer down, and we all know what that drawer looks like! It protects the blade and also adds to the showmanship of the knife. It's made from cypress and meranti and uses neodymium magnets to hold the knife in place. Wrapped around the outside is a cypress inlay.
