BREAKFASTS
1 toast with 1 fried egg topped with chopped Italian parsley
1 french toast with candied granny smith apples
1 toast with 1 fried egg topped with chopped Italian parsley

LUNCHES
2 SERVINGS KOSHARI -rice mixed with lentils, chickpeas, macaroni, fried onions, & hot sauce
1 Rice with lentils covered with onion gravy and sautéed onions with piece of toast with gravy

DINNERS
1 PASTA SALAD- macaroni, carrots,chickpeas, Italian parsley, Italian dressing
1 KOSHARI
1 grilled chickpea sandwich

I cut this way down to make just one thick slice of toast. I also used water and oil instead of milk. I omitted vanilla, but use it if you have it.
