RESTORING Mercedes 420SL - Dry Ice Cleaning & Paint Correction

Of all the R107 SL Mercedes Benz variants, the 420SL is the most rare, with Mercedes only producing roughly 13,500 units. We had the pleasure of dry ice cleaning, washing, and restoring this Mercedes 420SL recently. We applied paint correction, polished various chrome parts, buffed the interior trim pieces, shampooed the interior, you name it!

The 420 SL was fitted with a 4.2L v8, the M116, producing a whopping (for the time) 201hp in the US "catted" market. The european "non-cat" Mercedes Benz 420SL produced 215hp, and I sure it just sounds awesome.
