Muddy hedgehog needs a bath!

We treat all manner of wildlife casualties at Wildlife Aid, but a recent hedgehog proved to be something a little different!

She arrived at the centre after being found in a clay hole, covered in the clawing substance. Her face was completely covered and she needed to be cleaned up as soon as possible. Our vet, Maru, rushed her in for a bath and soon had her looking much better (if a little bedraggled!)

Luckily, after some rest and time to dry off, she could be released back into the wild once more :)
