The IIM-A application process is a bit different from other B-schools.

The selection process for the PGPX 2025-2026 batch is a two-stage process. In the first stage, the candidates are shortlisted for the Personal Interview from among the candidates who have applied to the program and who satisfy the eligibility criteria required by them

Please note that only shortlisted candidates would be asked to submit two-three essays – the topics of which will be announced along with the shortlisting for personal interviews. However, successful candidates are required to give details of three references.
