we bought and cooked camel meat in Jeddah Saudi Arabia for first time to make Pakistani style camel karahi and it tasted like...........

What is camel meat called?
kabasa (Arabic: كبس), literally meaning to press or. squeeze, alluding to the technique used in the cooking.

Medicinal value of camel meat. Is camel meat halal?
The list of animals forbidden by kashrut is more restrictive, as kashrut requires that to be kosher, mammals must chew cud and must have cloven hooves.
