All their programs are designed to help people gain self-confidence in their ability to control their symptoms, better manage their health problems, and lead fuller lives.
This webinar will detail the positive impact of Diabetes Self-Management Education (DSME) workshops and how these are integrated within a local Kansas physician office, as well as the success that has come from it.
