pinch of Bicarbonate of Soda
125mls Boiling Water
75g Butter/Margarine
75g Sugar
1 Large egg
200g self-raising flour (If using Plain Flour you need to add 1 rounded teaspoon of Baking Powder NOT baking SODA
75g Chopped walnuts
