Watch the 'Our Brand is Crisis’ Cast and David Gordon Green Play “Save or Kill”

With director David Gordon Green‘s satirical comedy Our Brand Is Crisis opening this weekend in theaters, I recently sat down with Sandra Bullock, Billy Bob Thornton, Anthony Mackie, Zoe Kazan, Scoot McNairy and Green to play “Save or Kill.” If you haven’t seen it yet, the game reveals which franchises, characters or bands someone would choose when pitted against another of equal value. Han Solo or Indiana Jones – if you were told you could only save one and the other would be erased from existence forever, who would you pick?

If you’re not familiar with the movie, produced by George Clooney and Grant Heslov and scripted by Peter Straughan (Men Who Stare at Goats), the film stars Bullock as a notorious political strategist who is pulled out of retirement to aid a Bolivian candidate who’s failing badly at the polls—and to beat her nemesis Pat Candy (Thornton), who’s now coaching the opposition. Joaquim de Almeida and Ann Dowd also star.
