Ingredients:
•18 graham crackers
•2 cups + 6 tablespoons sugar
•1 ¼ sticks unsalted butter
•2 cups all purpose flour
•¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
•1 ½ teaspoon baking soda
•1 teaspoon salt
•2 teaspoon baking powder
•1 cup whole milk
•½ cup vegetable oil
•2 eggs
•2 teaspoons vanilla extract
•1 cup hot water
•chocolate ganache (see How to Make Chocolate Salted Caramel Cake Part 2: Chocolate Ganache )
•marshmallow (see How to Make Marshmallows)

Directions:
•Melt the butter, set aside and let cool to room temperature.
•Preheat an oven to 325 degrees.
Puree the graham crackers in a food processor until they form a dust.
•Add 6 tablespoons of sugar to the graham cracker dust in the food processor and mix together.
•Add the melted butter to the food processor and mix until combined.
•Divide the graham cracker mixture evenly between two 8-inch cake pans.
•Evenly spread out and press down to compact into an even layer the graham cracker mixture in the bottom of each cake pan.
•Bake in a 325 degree oven for 15 minutes.
•Set aside and let cool for at least 10 minutes.
•Grease the exposed interior sides of the cake pans with the baked graham cracker crust (see How to Make Pan Grease).
•Boil a cup of water.
•Preheat an oven to 350 degrees.
•In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 2 cups of sugar, the all purpose flour, the unsweetened cocoa powder, baking soda, salt and baking powder until incorporated.
•Whisk in the whole milk, vegetable oil, eggs and vanilla extract until a batter forms.
•Slowly add and whisk in the cup of hot water.
•Evenly divide the cake batter between the two cake pans containing the graham cracker crusts.
•Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 to 50 minutes, or until a tooth pick inserted in the middle of each cake comes out clean.
•Let the cakes cool to room temperature in the pan.
•Remove the first cake from its pan and place it on a cake plate with the graham cracker crust on the bottom.
•Spread chocolate ganache on the top of the chocolate cake layer.
•Place the layer of marshmallow on top of the chocolate ganache.
•Spread chocolate ganache on the top of the marshmallow layer.
•Remove the second cake from its pan and place it on top of the ganache covered marshmallow layer with the graham cracker crust facing skyward.
•Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the ganache harden before serving.
