Every year since Hurricane Sandy, The Meadowlands Chamber Construction and Building Services Committee has built ‘baskets’ for local families in need. This year, on our 10th anniversary, we received over $16,000 in donations, which allowed us to assemble 305 full Thanksgiving meals to these local families. We assembled the baskets at NJ Friendship House and then distributed the baskets to the families later that same morning. Thank you, NJ Friendship House, for being a wonderful host!
