This is a Classic Mercenaries run. Not Mercenaries Reunion. Actually there's a couple things I need to explain first.

Classic Mercenaries: It's all about remaining time. Combo adds points but doesn't play a big factor. Losing combo at 140 or so won't kill the run. From 50 combo onwards, all enemies add 1000 points to the combo score and bosses add 7000 points (this mode doesn't need boss keeping). So losing combo at 140 means you lose 10k points. Each remaining second adds 1000 points.

Mercenaries Reunion: Full combo required, always. Needs boss keeping strategy to add more points. Full combo adds a minimum of 500k points and increases the more bosses the stage has (PA usually is 687k, for example). Each remaining second adds 300 points, so what makes the difference is that if a run has more remaining time you get a higher score (combo score is its "base score").

And about Heavy Metal Chris: His Gatling Gun and Stun Rod both deal 350 damage in Mercenaries Reunion. That's not the case in Classic Mercs. Here, Gatling Gun deals 450 damage and Stun Rod deals 666 damage. So you can actually kill normal majinis with 2 stun rod hits, and female/wetlands majinis with 1 (if the hit is aimed to head).

You can't use HM's normal melee setup here. 2 Gatling shots deal more than 800 damage, ending in bullet kills. So to "fix" this, I adjusted enemy health and changed those who had 800 health to 1000, and 700 (female majini) to 900 (to match the gatling gun hit points). This way, a proper melee setup can be done. Also increased boss health a little (around 10k) to match the normal amount of hits required to kill them.

Note that I did this just to play more "fairly" with this character, since I could just spam stun rod hits and kill everything fast. But I avoided doing that as much as possible. In some cases, if I hit with stun rod first, I can't use the gatling gun, as to avoid bullet killing.

That being said, this score would belong to a "Reverse United" mode (i.e Reunion characters in Classic Mercs). This character is broken in reunion mode, so it shouldn't be a surprise getting high scores in classic mercs with him, he doesn't activate any plagas at all.

Sadly I don't know if his weapons damage can be adjusted, apparently they are hard-coded to have both 350 damage in reunion mode, and 450/666 in any other mode.

Spawn was kinda slow and I had a slow time build after 100c, but I'm happy with this score. Probably could get a lot more with more tries.
