INGREDIENTS
30ml Rye Whiskey (1 oz)
30ml Ancho Reyes (1 oz)
15ml Lemon Juice (0.5 oz)
15ml Rich Cinnamon Syrup (0.5 oz)
Dash of Angostura Bitters (yes, I forgot it!)

METHOD
1. Combine all the ingredients to your cocktail shaker
2. Shake with ice
3. Strain over fresh ice
4. Garnish with a slice of lemon and chilli flakes
