Guys please don’t comment if it doesn’t work for you, if you are having issues it’s most like the USB cable or the controller is broken! This fix works for most people!

OK for the people having issues after being connected to a phone here is the fix.

PS4 controller won't sync or connect??

Try this.

1. Power down console.

2. Use reset button on control.

3. Power up console.

4. Hit the PlayStation button on the control.

5. If 4 doesn't work you may need to connect a USB keyboard and go into Settings, Devices, Bluetooth Devices and here connect the control.
