Inside finishing is a very important part of the game of lacrosse, but not practiced that often. Here are the top 5 tips you need to finish all 1v1 chances you have in the games.

1. You need to have poise on the inside, the closer you are to the goal the more time you have than you think.

2. Keep the stick on your shoulder so your ready to fake or shoot at any moment.

3. Use an inside wrist curl when you fake, not a bottom hand fake that takes too long to pull back and get the shot off.

4. Fake on an X which means fake to the opposite part of the goal that you want to shoot too.

5. When faking you must read the goalie, sometimes they'll react to your first fake and you can shoot but sometimes they stay patient and you have to throw multiple fakes to score.
