It's possible to get out of bounds in Jolly Roger's Lagoon as solo Kazooie and walk underwater. You can either glide to the pigs' swimming pool or jump back in bounds in the main pool in the center of town. In this video, I opt to glide over to the pigs' swimming pool and I land underneath one of the grates at the bottom. You can jump right out of it, but I thought it was interesting that the area was modeled.
