American YouTuber Kidnapped, Killed in the Philippines: Police

Elliot Eastman, 26, moved from Vermont to Sibuco in the Philippines 5 months ago. He married a local woman and opened a small business in the community. But national police believe Eastman was targeted by armed criminals, who killed him during an attempted kidnapping.
