Fate/Stay Night AMV - Rin Needs A Hero (Holding Out For A Hero)

Dont bother watching this if you wont watch an AMV till the end to decide if its 'good' or 'bad'.
I bled for this AMV more than 6 YEARS AGO not for your lack of attention span;

but for the AMV community as well as the Fate family, and the guys that translated Fate/Stay Night Visual Novel so long ago.

If you're here to view what I regard as my magnum opus despite the years... Then sit back friend... You're in for a ride; I hope you're ready for the roller coaster ride around the 2 minute mark.

Because the rabbit hole goes deep in this one. The music, the anime, even the 'AMV story' intertwines.

RUBBISH I say!... Heck... Just to say that its possible, i've even put alittle 'storyline' in this AMV like my many others... And even managed to put in Archer's UBW chant in there!

Behold! After the success of my last AMV with its voices and SFX... I've made another one...

An AMV for Fate/Stay Night (& Unlimited Codes) fans! Most likely would appeal to Rin&Archer fans.

After about a YEAR of working on this AMV to hopefully make this pass, and surpass my previous standards... more specifically, the AMV i made for Super Robot Wars OVA.

I present to you an AMV whereby it tells the story of Rin, who so desperately needs a hero... And who her 'certain' hero might just turn up to be!

Get ready for an emotional roller-coaster ride! Of longing, bravery, pride hopes & ideals... as well as shock & suspence.

This AMV is also dedicated to a certain people i know who managed to complete translating the Fate/Stay Night visual novel game for us non-japanese fans to understand... Thank you guys... Without their inspiration, i doubt i would make any more AMVs at my age. So this goes out to them.

And this goes out to all of you guys who are my fans and subscribers... Thank you, for even after this long is still watching my AMVs. I hope i had delivered the quality in my AMVs as i have always did...

Well.. Here's hoping that this wont be my last AMV/MAD! Hahahaa...

~AMV Maker's Ranting~

You know that sometimes you notice that there is a song out there that COMPLETELY fits the anime/character?

This song, 'Holding Out For A Hero' might just be one suited for Rin... and Archer.

Originally i was going to make a Saber tribute, im a Saber fan!... But the song, when i listened to it one day... One phrase stand out above all...

"I could feel his approach, like a fire in my blood...
(Like a fire in my blood, fire in my blood, etc. etc..)"

It reminded me of Arhcer's chant...

"Steel is my body; and fire is my blood'

There's even... "Where's the streetwise HERCULES", "white knight" and, "fiery steed..."
The resemblences are too much for me to pass up.

And that, ladies and gentlemen, is the beginning of the idea...

I fell in love with the song back when i was still a small kid watching 'Short Circuit' and the song popped up, back then it was sang by Bonnie Tyler.

... And lately it was sang by Jennifer Saunders for the Shrek 2 movie... and I must say.. Its quite a good rendition of the original!
The reason why i chosed the later was because of the 'empty areas' within the song.. So i would be able to put in those voices that i've fallen in love so much in my AMVs.
