Saeed Jaffrey releases his autobiography 'Saeed: An Actor's Journey'

British-Indian actor Saeed Jaffrey who is known for his acting in both Hindi and English films releases his autobiography named 'Saeed'.

The actor talks about how the idea of his biography started. He has also written a few children's books. He introduces his books and the chapters inside the book. The initial chapter so begins as

"I should begin my memoir right from the very beginning. I was born on Sunday, the 8th of January in a Muslim feudal state in the northwestern province of Punjab called Malerkotla. At that time my grandfather, my mother's father Khan Bahadur was loaned by the British government in the shape of the Punjab Police Department..."
